How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
5 fresh | Raspberries (fresh) |
1 3/4 fl oz | Cranberry flavoured vodka |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Crème de Framboise |
3/4 fl oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) (2 sugar to 1 water) |
1 grind | Black pepper |
