Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
1 12 oz Pineapple juice
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge on rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This was perfect with a late summer tropical dinner. Not overly sweet for a pineapple cocktail, but the Grand Marnier lessens the sweetness.
Next time would maybe add a float of dark rum to give it a slightly more intricate flavour profile.
