1 1⁄2 oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1⁄2 oz | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
1 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
4 drop | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters |
Rum-laced and fruity. Altogether very gluggable.

Next time would maybe add a float of dark rum to give it a slightly more intricate flavour profile.
