How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|2 fl oz||Bison grass vodka|
|1 fl oz||Apple Schnapps liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Apple juice (apple cider) unsweetened & cloudy|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
Sweet 'n' sour, fruity, minty and fresh.
