Martini glass...
2 fl oz Bison grass vodka
½ fl oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
¼ fl oz Black raspberry liqueur

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. POUR Chambord into the centre of the drink: it should sink to the
bottom.

Garnish:

Raspberries

Comment:

Grassy, floral, citrus and smooth, but look out for the fruity bottom.
