Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
8 fresh Mint leaves
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

The lemon ratio was too overbearing on this on for me. Feels like it has tonnes of potential that overshadowed by the citrus. I’m going to have a play… less lemon, more mint, more sloe
