Ingredients:
1 ²⁄₃ oz	Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno
⁵⁄₆ oz	Pallini Limoncello liqueur
⁵⁄₆ oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₆ oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
¹⁄₃ oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed & discarded) & lime wedge on rim .
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
DRY SHAKE (without ice).
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
