This great cocktail is dramatically influenced by the style of rum used. Francesco's original recipe calls for English Harbour rum.

Note - I didn't use Ron de Jeremy, I used Hell or High Water XO. This is the same rum, but rebranded after Mr. Jeremy's indictments on serious criminal
