Garnish:

Lime peel, cut into a spiked corona, knotted and skewered

How to make:

1. Add all of your wet ingredients to a shaker tin
2. Clap the lime leaf in your hands, then add it to the tin
3. Dry shake
4. Add ice and re-shake
5. Double strain into a chilled coupe
6. Garnish and serve

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1/2 fl oz Midori Melon Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 dried Kaffir lime leaf
3 dash Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
