Lime peel, cut into a spiked corona, knotted and skewered
How to make:
1. Add all of your wet ingredients to a shaker tin
2. Clap the lime leaf in your hands, then add it to the tin
3. Dry shake
4. Add ice and re-shake
5. Double strain into a chilled coupe
6. Garnish and serve

| 1 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| 1/2 fl oz | Midori Melon Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |

| 3 dash | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters |
