Ice None/cubed
Method:dry shake shake nd fine strain
Take a bostsn shaker
First put a 5 -6 kaffir lemon leaves
Add 3 dash of absienth
Add 5ml of ginger juice
Add 15 ml of egg white
Add 20ml of lemon juice
Add 15ml of sugar syrup
Add 40 ml of hayman's old tom gin
Put all Ingredients together to mixing tin and give a dry shake and fill with ice and give a nice shake and fine train to the glass.

1/2 fl oz | Egg white |

1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
