How to make:

First put 45ml old tom Gin into the Shaker
Second put 15ml Elder flower Syrup into the Shaker
Thrid put 20ml Flower raspberry syrup into the Shaker
Fourth put 30ml Lime Juice into the Shaker
Fifth put 30ml Espresso Coffee into the Shake
Last put 30ml Soda after pouring into the cup

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
1 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
2/3 fl oz Blossoms Raspberry Syrup
