
Dry Orange slice.
1.Pour 45ml of Hayman's Old Tom gin into the mixing glass.
2.Pour 15ml of Amaro into the mixing glass.
3.Pour 20ml of Lillet Blanc into the mixing glass.
4.Pour 10ml of Mezcal into the mixing glass.
5.Put 3/4 full of ice into the mixing glass.
6.Add two dashs of red chilli sauce into the mixing glass.
7.Stirred.
8.Take a rock ice into the old-fashioned glass.
9.Pour the cocktail into the old-fashioned glass.
10.Put a dry orange slice on the top.
11.Burned the orange slice to add a smoky smell in the cocktail.
