How to make:

Add all ingredients except the tonic and rose syrup into a shaker tin with ice. Shake for about 10 seconds. Pour the rose syrup into a pint glass. Add ice into the pint glass. Pour the contents of the shaker into the pint glass. Top off with elderflower tonic. Garnish with rose petals and a straw. Stir before you enjoy!

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Midori Melon Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Rose sugar syrup
3 dash The Bitter Truth Celery bitters
4 fl oz Fever-Tree Handpicked Elderflower Tonic
