An orange peel, you can cut it in anyway you want if you want to embellish the zest with will be on the glass.
To make the Berezina Cocktail:
1. Refresh your glass ( withe ice or in your fridge during the time you are creating it)
2. Make your garnish as you wish ( orange peel, cut it in order tu put it at end on the border of your glass)
3. Take a shaker, put some ice in the big in, the small one in it. ( for the choice of the shaker, I choose a Boston)
4. Add the ingredients: 4 cl of Vodka, 1, 5 cl of Mandarine Napoleon Liquor, 2 cl of lime juice, 1,5 cl of grapefruit sirup, 6 cl of pear Nectar, a dash of bitter ( you can add it in the shaker or in the glass directly according to your preferences, if you want the bitterness more expressed or not.
5. Filter the big tin to remove the excess of water
6. Add the preparation of the small tin in the big one
7. Now Shake 15 seconds
8. Take your glass in the fridge or remote the ice in it.
9. Take a sieve strainer in additional to the hawthorn strainer to filter the cocktail and serve it in the glass
10. Add the garnish on the border
11. Now you can drink it under the sun OR at the counter OR on your balcony with friends
12. Enjoy
1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/3 fl oz | Vodka |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Monin Pink Grapefruit Syrup |
2 fl oz | Jus de Pommeraie Pear Nectar |
1 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
grated zest of | Orange peel |
