How to make:
Stirr all ingredients in a frosted highball glass filled with ice cubes, top up with prosecco and garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon wheel

| 2/3 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| Top up with | Prosecco sparkling wine |
