Burnt demera thats been dusted on top
Add 40ml mandarin napoleon
10ml frangelico
50ml half n half
20ml ginger syrup
Dash of foaming bitters
To a shaker and hard wet shake
Double strain into nick n nora
Then get a barspoon of demera and lightly cover the top of the drink. Use a blowtorch to burn the demera to slightly brulee
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Frangelico hazelnut liqueur |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 2/3 fl oz | Ginger syrup |
| 1 barspoon | Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar |
| 1 dash | Cocktail foamer |
