 
							 
							Garnish with a thinly sliced fresh mandarin & crushed mandarin cracker on top
Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.
Strain into low tumbler
Crush crackers or biscuits finely (use a food processor or place in a zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin).•	
Cream Cheese Syrup:
•	Blend 
•	100g Mascarpone cream cheese 
•	100 ml simple syrup 
•	100 ml Fresh cream
until smooth. Strain if needed.
| 5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur | 
| 5/6 fl oz | Freshly squeezed Mandarin Juice | 
| 1/2 fl oz | Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice | 
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Cream cheese Syrup | 
| 5/6 fl oz | Absolut Vanilia Vodka |
