Slice of lime, or popping boba pearls - passion fruit flavour.

How to make:

Pour Mandarine Napoleon, lime juice and champagne/sparkling wine into glass over crushed ice, gently pour Passoa against the inside glass edge and let it settle at the bottom.

1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
3 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
1/3 fl oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
