Garnish:

Combine the pulp of the honeydew Mellon with 100 gr of withe fine sugar and 2 drops of green coloring food and place into dehydrated for 8 hours at 165 f them ground into a powder . Use a mist of water to wet the outside of the cup them spread the green honeydew powder as a garnish

How to make:

In a cocktail shaker add :
1 oz mandarine Napoleon liqueur, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice , 1 1/4 oz honeydew Mellon juice , 3 mint leaves , 2 dash of mole bitters, add ice and shake for 10 sec then strain into a coupe glass .

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/4 fl oz Novo Fogo Chameleon Organic Cachaça
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 fresh Melon (Honeydew)
18 cupful Mint leaves
2 drops Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
