How to make:

Combine all ingredient in a previously chilled mixing glass
Stir x 25 times
Fine strain over a Previously Chilled Coupe
Lemon Oil (Discard)
70% Dark Chocolate with gold powder

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Courvoisier V.S.
1/2 fl oz Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
