Candied ginger
Ingredients: -
45 ml Silent Pool gin
45ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
30ml ginger syrup
22.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dash of Orange bitters
60ml Fever Tree light ginger beer
Method: -
SHAKE all ingredients EXCEPT ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into an ice-filled Highball glass. Add ginger beer , and stir well. Garnish with candied ginger (and a slice of orange or lemon if you like), add a funky straw, sit back and ENJOY!
1 1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Silent Pool Gin |
1 fl oz | Monin Ginger Syrup |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash (4 drops) | Orange bitters |
2 fl oz | Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer |
