Garnish:

Strawberry dust

How to make:

Put everything in the Shaker, dry shake first and than with ice cubes.
Fine strain into a frozen coupe, and garnish with strawberry dust.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Eristoff Vodka
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
2/3 fl oz Strawberry sugar syrup
