How to make:
Put everything in the Shaker, dry shake first and than with ice cubes.
Fine strain into a frozen coupe, and garnish with strawberry dust.
| 1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Eristoff Vodka |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Strawberry sugar syrup |
