Garnish:

3 drops of Peychaud bitters

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a tin with ice, Shake hard for 10 seconds, double strain into a Martini glass, Garnish with 3 drops of Peychaud bitters.

2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/3 fl oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
1 1/6 fl oz Vodka
5/6 fl oz Egg white
1/24 fl oz Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
1 2/3 fl oz Eager Drinks Mango Juice Drink
