
Candied passionfruit strip and a mint sprig
In a shaker, combine Limecello, mezcal, passionfruit puree, vanilla syrup, and lemon juice.
2. Add ice and shake briskly (about 10 seconds).
3. Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a strip of candied passionfruit placed over the rim or skewered.
1 1/2 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Mezcal |
1/2 fl oz | Passion fruit purée |
1/2 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
