Principessa dell'Ananas

Garnish:

Although optional, if they're available, edible flowers, a piece or small triangle of natural pineapple, a slice of dehidratated lime and a mint sprig.

How to make:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake for a mere ten to fifteen seconds. Double-strain and pour the Principessa dell'Ananas into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass. Twist a lemon peel over the surface to flavor it (discard it).

1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2/3 fl oz Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum
1 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
