Tim Philips has honed his craft of cocktails for over 14 years with experience gained all over the world, in the some of the world's best bars. In 2010, Tim was named 'Bartender of the Year' in both the UK (2010) and Australia (2011/12), as well as being the World Class Global Champion in 2012.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Tim is Australia's most awarded bartender. He now resides is his adopted city of Sydney, and is the co-owner of Drinks International’s 28th best bar in the world, Bulletin Place, and the recently opened Bar and Restaurant; Dead Ringer.

Method: Shake and strain over ice.
• 45 ml Regal Rogue Bold Red
• 15 ml Cherry Heering
• 5 ml Triple sec
• 5 ml Bénédictine D.O.M.
• 120 ml Pineapple juice
• 15 ml Lime juice
• 1 dash of Crawley’s Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
