Review

Chef Adam Handling’s first stand-alone bar, Eve is an atmospheric basement cocktail bar which nestles below his Covent Garden flagship restaurant.

Obviously, the bar snacks here are a cut above average and thanks to Bar Manager, Sam Orrock, so are the cocktails. Be sure to try signatures such as the Parsley Daiquiri and the Strawberry Fields Forever (Scotch whisky, strawberry, sweet vermouth, caraway and rosemary. There are also two pages of “What you know” cocktail - reassuringly familiar, well-executed classics.
