Made according to a 19th century recipe, a base of 50 per cent malt wine, triple-distilled in a pot still from rye, wheat and corn is blended with traditional genever botanicals including juniper, hops, cloves, anise, liquorice and ginger. The blend is then aged for 18 months in Limousin oak casks. Read more

Clear, pale golden.
Pungent wholemeal bready juniper with nutty cream of soda and tinned peach slices.
Peach stones, macadamia nuts and rye bread with warm clove, mace and subtle juniper.
Toasty, assertive finish with lingering oily tropical fruitiness.
