Hangar One is named after the distillery's rented space at the old Alameda Naval Air Station in California. Appearance

Crystal clear.

Aroma

Clean, subdued with only the merest hint of cereal, violet and pear.

Taste

Rounded with a soft mouth feel with pleasant grainy notes and hints of red pepper, cracked black pepper. Faint pear, violet and toasted aniseed bagel.

Aftertaste

Lingering cracked black pepper spice with faint earthy pear skin.
