Clear golden with a hint of apricot orange.
Vermouth-like oxidised wine with subtle candied ginger.
Slightly sweet with pronounced fiery ginger root - much more powerful than the nose suggests. Subtle notes of green apple skin/cider while the sweetness appears honey-like rather than plain sugar.
Long fiery honeyed root ginger.
