A charcoal filtered, cask aged three-year-old white rum from the famous Diamond Distillery on the east bank of the mighty Demerara River, just six degrees off the equator in Guyana’s tropical heat.

Nutty, butter with the merest hint of swimming pool-like pineapple/citrus and blue cheese (in a good way).
Quite sweet with nutty flavours and a hint of the blue cheese found on the nose, this time served with a hint of fresh sweet mint, chocolate and butterscotch.
A most pleasingly characterful and soft light rum.
