Appearance

(best before 14-May-13) Clear, bright golden-yellow with moderate head which quickly fades to thin surface foam with light lacing.

Aroma

Subdued, one dimensional light malty aroma.

Taste

A tad bland but clean with light, slight sweet bready maltyness and delicate hop bitterness.

Aftertaste

Short, dry toasty bread crust with a dried apple notes.
