This Scottish ale-style top fermented beer is brewed with heirloom, Maris Otter and English crystal malts and hopped with Willamette.

Clear, dark chestnut brown with medium tan head with good retention and lacing.
There’s a whiff of seaweed and spicy brown sauce to the malty chocolate, toffee apple and raison nose with faint pink grapefruit zest.
Full-bodied, slightly sweet and rounded chocolate toffee-apple palate with delicate grassy hops.
Slightly smoky, yeast spread and chocolate sauce finish.
