Appearance

Crystal clear. Louches with addition of water to turn milky grey-white.

Aroma

Clean liquorice nose with hint of cardamom.

Taste

Dryish liquorice palate with hard to place, almost bitter, spicy notes.

Aftertaste

Aniseed over rides liquorice on the finish.
