First brewed by Brasserie Du Bocq after World War I, La Gauloise enjoyed immediate success and subsequently the brewery has considerably expanded its operations, largely due to the continued success of this beer.

Appearance

Clear, golden amber with thick, lasting white head with heavy lacing.

Aroma

Zesty orange and lemon with gala melon skin with yeasty malt and coriander.

Taste

Black pepper and coriander spice leads a yeasty French banquette crust bready palate.

Aftertaste

Lightly spiced bready finish.
