Review and Tasting

Sampled on 22/05/2012

Appearance

Coppery amber with polished gold highlights with extremely viscous legs.

Aroma

Autumn leaves on a dry forest floor, with chocolate fudge, faint burnt coffee beans, butter and plastic lunch box-like aromas.

Taste

Waxy walnut and burnt dried fruit and dark chocolate, aggressive spirit notes appear to be tamed by buttery caramel and sugar.

Aftertaste

Bitter dark chocolate and burnt caramel. Lingering bitterness. We failed to find
