Clear, mid golden amber with quickly running fat tears.
Stewed fruit, Christmas cake, cinnamon and clove spice with vanilla and orange marmalade.
Lightly bitter sweet with delicately cracked peppery spiced oak and rich caramel with cinnamon and clove.
Burnt toffee and light cracked black pepper spice.
