A single cask Highland malt distilled in 1986 at Blair Athol and aged 26 years in an oak hogshead which yielded 268 bottles. Part of a range of 5 malts released by Wemyss in October 2012, each representing a different whisky region and named after flavours reminiscent of the whisky’s character.

Clear but with some fine particles in suspension, medium golden amber.
Nubuck leather, vanilla custard and soft red berries with roast hazelnuts and linseed oil.
Delicate cinnamon and nutmeg spice leads leather, salted and roast nuts, acorns and faint macaroon.
Starts oily, then lemony, ending with lingering salty pastry.
