Made by freezing cider (hard cider) twice, removing the ice and ageing in 15 gallon oak casks for two years.

Clear golden amber.
Lightly cinnamon spiced apple pie crust and toasty vanilla.
Apple juice, caramel and blackened fruit cake. A complex dry palate which tastes a lot more serious that a mere 17% might suggest.
Lingering burnt apple pie filling with light cinnamon and nutmeg. A great aperitif.
