Appearance

Light green opaque, with champagne bubbles.

Aroma

Confectioner's lemon-lime with pasteurised lemon juice aromas.

Taste

Dry quinine with sherbet-like effervescence, mild soap, subdued lemon oil and dried lemon peel.

Aftertaste

Quinine bitterness on the finish - more bitter than many bitter lemons.
