Demitri’s Bloody Mary Seasoning is designed to make a Bloody Mary (two ounces Demitri’s to one quart tomato juice/ 1 part to 16 parts) or as a cooking marinade.

Thick brown, almost opaque with particles of spice in suspension.
Pungent and spicy with garlic, onion, clove, pepper, horseradish and soy sauce.
Neat this is as potently spicy and flavoursome as one could ask of a Bloody Mary seasoning.
Hard to fault and potentially a reliable way to produce consistently spicy Bloody Marys although when we used as instructed the pepper spice appeared somewhat disproportionally strong compared to the Worcestershire Sauce.
