Pronounced ‘Quin-Tea-Knee’, this is thought to be first vermouth to be based on Pineau des Charentes - white Pineau des Charentes for the Extra-Dry and Blanc, and red Pineau des Charentes for La Quintinye Rouge. The blend also uses white wines from the South West of France. Read more

Clear, mid golden amber.
Pungent lemon zest and sage with liquorice, cardamom, rosemary, anise and basil.
Dry and herbal, particularly rosemary and eucalypts with barky wormwood bitterness and tart citrus.
Lemon zesty and herbal with light white pepper spice. The pronounced herbal nature of this vermouth makes it an ideal aperitivo, perhaps to be enjoyed in place of a fino sherry. However, it will be too dry and herbal for many.
