Clear, pale to mid-golden amber.
Vanilla fudge, toasted almond, almond croissants, acacia honey and dried mango with mild light white pepper and buttery oak. Water enhances toasted almond and buttery almond croissant.
Very light-bodied. Dry toasty spicy oak, vanilla fudge, butterscotch and toffee with faint overripe banana. More white pepper spice with water, also revealing chargrilled burnt note. Sweet vanilla fudge balances spicy toasty oak. With ice the flavour fades to vanilla ice-cream..
Shortcake, vanilla fudge and lingering spice.
Vanilla fudge, toasted almond, almond croissants and acacia honey with white pepper. A dark spirit which drinks like a white spirit to the extent that Haig Club works well when subbed for gin in classic cocktails.
