Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/08/2014

Appearance

Crystal clear

Aroma

Reminiscent of new make spirit and just out the oven doughy brown bread with cracked white and black pepper corns.

Taste

Soft mouthfeel. Clean and dry with impressive bready grain flavours, including slightly hot rye spice.

Aftertaste

Toasted/burnt rye bread finish with black pepper spice. Flavoursome and rustic in character rather than finessed.
