Distilled in 1997 and released in July 2014 as the first in a four-part story charting the journey of the malt’s current house style as it matures over four years, this 15 year old release will be followed by 16, 17 and 18 year old editions in 2015, 2016 and 2017 respectively.

Clear, golden amber.
Caramel, buttery butterscotch and barley sugar with light nutmeg and cinnamon spice. Water amplifies the spice with candied ginger and ginger biscuit emerging.
Full-bodied with more caramel and butterscotch, vanilla fudge and chocolate with assertive ginger biscuit and cinnamon spice. Water tames the spice, revealing dried apricot fruit, zesty citrus and faint honey sweetness.
Ginger biscuit, orange marmalade and cinnamon spice. Toffee and spice throughout.
