Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur is made in Brooklyn, New York using cane spirit, sugar, filtered water and more than 200lbs of fresh ginger per batch. It is named after Barrow Street in Manhattan, the place where founder Josh Morton perfected his recipe.

Appearance:

Hazy, pale straw golden yellow.

Aroma:

Ginger bread and faint lemon zest.

Taste:

Syrupy but not overly sweet with fiery root ginger, ginger bread and citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Fiery fresh root ginger finish.
