Clear & bright, light-mid golden amber.
Faint sulphur - match box lighting strip, linseed oil rubbed new leather, baked apple and clove.
Faintly sweet, toasted/burnt malt, clove and black pepper with notes of sulphur and coal dust. Takes water well, revealing vanilla.
Slight sulphur on the long coal dust, clove and pepper spiced finish.
Coal dust, liquorice and spice characterise this enlivening malt, suited to being enjoyed alongside a hearty meal.
