Toasted corn tortilla nose with wafts of dying campfire ember smoke and aromas of plump dried tomatoes and sea salt.
Hydrated to approx. 43% Balcones' president and head distiller Chip Tate describes this as a
Long-lasting, dry smoky, well-done crispy bacon finish. A big bold corn whisky as befits its Texas origins.
