Sweet corn, toasty oak, dried fruit, cream-of-soda vanilla and elegant Christmassy spice. More vanilla and toasted almond with water.
(with water) Viscous mouthfeel. Faint honeyed sweetness offset by dry oak tannins with rich vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and cracked black pepper spice.
Long, dry toasted oak finish with lingering nutmeg and cracked black pepper spice.
A chance to own a piece of liquid history, and a pretty tasty piece at that with dry toasty oak tannins balanced by rich vanilla with enlivening nutmeg, cinnamon and cracked black pepper spice.
