    Review and Tasting

    Sampled on 07/05/2017

    Appearance

(sample bottle best before 15/Apr/17) Clear, golden amber with retentive ivory white head and spotted lacing.

    Aroma

Wet white bread/sweetcorn maltiness with cut grass, zesty citrus and toffee.

    Taste

Light to medium-bodied. Light sweetcorn bready malty notes are invigorated with assertive grassy and zesty orange/red grapefruit hops. Some resinous pine bitterness and faint lychee fruitiness.

    Aftertaste

    Dry, lightly bitter finish.

    Overall

A session strength pale ale with enough grassy and zesty hoppyness to make interesting without being challenging.
