Floral, mineral nose with aromas of juniper, coriander and lime zest with fainter hints of fresh root ginger and rose water.
On the huge palate, piney juniper notes rightly predominate with fresh coriander right up there and lime zest close behind. Spicy notes of nutmeg, ginger and sweet liquorice follow with floral flavours.
Nouaison is bigger and spicier than G’Vine’s Floraison making it more suited to traditionalist gin drinkers such as myself.
